Abstract Submission
The official language of the Symposium is English.
Please fill out the following form completely and attach an abstract of your research. If you are interested in presenting in the special session, please include the session name in parentheses after the title of your presentation. Please use this template to prepare your abstract for submission.
Registration fee
Regular Fee
- 590 EUR (15 930 CZK) if paid before April 30, 2021
- 640 EUR (17 280 CZK) if paid after April 30, 2021
The Symposium fee includes organising costs, the book of abstracts, lunches (Monday-Friday), and social program (welcome reception, concert, Symposium dinner). The fee does not include accommodation costs.
Reduced Fee
- 400 EUR (10 800 CZK) if paid before April 30, 2021
- 450 EUR (12 150 CZK) if paid after April 30, 2021
The reduced fee does not include the book of abstracts, lunches and social program (welcome reception, concert, Symposium dinner).
Accompanying persons
- 150 EUR (4 050 CZK)
It covers the social program (welcome reception, concert, Symposium dinner).
Payment
The Symposium fee is to be paid by a bank transfer. The reference number will be provided to each participant individually via e-mail. Please transfer funds free of charges for the beneficiary.
