Research on the physics properties of magnesium alloys

About the research

Assoc. Prof. RNDr. Zdeněk Drozd, PhD, has long been involved in the study of the mechanical and physics properties of magnesium alloys, composites, and nanocomposites based on Mg and Mg alloys. He regularly participates in international conferences dedicated to this field, delivering keynote lectures at some of them (Japan, Sweden, Slovakia). He is the author or co-author of more than 70 articles in specialized journals and conference proceedings. As of March 22, 2024, there are 39 of his articles recorded on the Web of Science, with a total of 463 citations (excluding self-citations). He is a member of the editorial board of the journal Advanced Materials Letters (IAAM, Stockholm).
