Recognition of Foreign University Degrees and Studies
Recognition of foreign university degrees and studies, called nostrification, is based on a detailed assessment of the curriculum at that university or on the recognition of the educational level of a foreign university. The result of this process is a determination as to whether the education abroad is equivalent to the education provided in the Czech Republic.
All applications for recognition of foreign university degrees and studies addressed to Charles University shall be submitted to the following address only:

A fee of CZK 3,000 is paid for the proceedings related to the request for recognition of foreign university degree.
