Students with special learning needs

Students with special learning needs can apply for a modification of their study requirements (e.g., longer time to complete tests).

If a student is certified to apply for any modification to their study conditions, they must contact Mgr. Lukáš Krump, Ph.D., to verify their certification. At the same time, it is necessary to bring the certificate of special learning needs to the Department of Language Education before the beginning of the semester and at least 1 month before the final departmental English examination. In addition, students must also inform the Department of Student Affairs at the beginning of their studies. Otherwise, later applications for modification will not be accepted. Only certificates issued by approved Charles University institutes can be accepted.

We also recommend that students inform their language teachers about agreed-upon special conditions at the beginning of every semester.
